Sandra McLean-Leonard
Sandra has over 30 years experience recruiting, sourcing and head-hunting diverse talent. She is adept and skilled at managing the full recruitment cycle to meet the various staffing needs across multiple business sectors. Sandra has a degree in Industrial Psychology and Communications, and has recently completed an intermediate and advanced sourcing qualification. Her passion is in sourcing unique Purple Unicorns and Sparkly Rhinos.
